Crystal runs Zurn's Flooring LLC, a family business with 50+ years of reputation in Southeast Wisconsin. Her father started the company. Crystal handles everything from material selection to project quoting to customer consultations. She reviews hundreds of quotes each year and sees firsthand which products, brands, and installation methods produce the best results.
Her background in finance (20+ years as a credit analyst and commercial banking professional) gives her a sharp eye for cost analysis and value assessment. When FloorNerd publishes cost data, it comes from actual supplier pricing and real-world project quotes.
